IMAP Terms
& Conditions
By registering as a
member of Islamic Marriage Assistance Program (IMAP) members agree to be
bound by the Terms & Conditions set out herein. These Terms &
Conditions are subject to changes made by IMAP from time to time with notice
being provided to the membership by the posting of the changes to the IMAP
website.
IMAP will not assume
any responsibility for decisions made by any parties. The information passed on
by IMAP to the parties will be exactly as provided to us on the registration
forms by the members. IMAP does not have the resources to verify its accuracy.
It will be the responsibility of both parties to satisfy themselves as to the
quality of the information and the evaluation of the other party before
establishing a relationship. IMAP does not accept any responsibility for the
quality and accuracy of the information or for the introduction of the
parties.
Use of the IMAP website service is as is. No
guarantees of success are provided. Users may access the site at their own
discretion. IMAP will not be responsible for any damages and will not be
liable in any way as a result of the use our service.
IMAP does not sell or transfer members'
personal information to any party. By registering, members consent to the
use of their personal information for the service of facilitating
Marriage, as provided by IMAP. IMAP reserves the right to refuse membership to
anyone and to cancel any membership without providing a
reason.
Members agree to provide accurate information
and to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with Islamic
etiquette.
IMAP provides this service free of
charge. |
